Rise Together is a monthly journey into resilience, leadership, and what it truly means to be human in complex times.

Each episode unfolds in five intentional movements:

1. Questions to Open the Space

We begin with reflective questions designed to invite you in.
These are not rhetorical. They are an entry point — a gentle pause for you to consider where you are, what you are navigating, and what this month’s theme means in your own life.

2. The Conversation

Each month, we host an in-depth interview with a leader, thinker, or practitioner who embodies the theme in their work or life.
This is not surface-level conversation — we explore the lived experience beneath the achievements, the turning points, the doubts, and the growth.

3. The Science Behind It

We then step into the evidence.
Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, leadership research, and embodied practice, we explore the science behind the month’s theme — translating research into insight you can actually use.

4. Reflections with Inma & Valentina

After the conversation and the science, we sit together and reflect.
What stood out? What moved us? What felt challenging or alive?
This is where the theme becomes personal, grounded, and real.

5. A Closing Ceremony

We don’t just end an episode — we close it intentionally.
Each month finishes with a simple, accessible ritual or ceremony to help you integrate what you’ve heard and consciously step into the next theme.
Because resilience isn’t built through information alone — it’s built through practice and presence.

Before Rise Together, Inma created a small experimental podcast called Crazy Ideas to Keep You Sane — a playful exploration of resilience, discomfort, and the adventure of being alive.

Those early reflections remain available as short companion pieces for those who want to explore the roots of this work.
